10Best READERS' CHOICE Official Rules

SUBJECT TO APPLICABLE U.S. FEDERAL, STATE, LOCAL AND MUNICIPAL LAWS AND REGULATIONS. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY.

Beginning June 24, 2014 - June 23, 2024, USA TODAY 10Best will post a list of up to 20 businesses by category (such as restaurants, hotels/resorts, vacation locations, new media bloggers/journalists) on 10best.usatoday.com/awards/ for public voting to determine the 10Best Readers' Choice. Every week a new list of twenty (20) businesses in certain designated categories will be published on its website. Commencing on the date each list is posted, readers can vote for their favorite nominated business. Voting will continue for 28 days from date of initial publication for each new list of businesses. At the end of the 28 day voting period, the nominated businesses that have received the most eligible votes will be designated as the Readers' Choice for their respective categories and be awarded a badge of recognition as the 10Best Readers' Choice.

Voting. Vote(s) may be submitted by individuals who are at least 18 years old by going to 10best.usatoday.com/awards/. Each 28 day voting period will commence at 12:00 p.m. Eastern Time and end at 11:59 a.m. Eastern Time. Limit one (1) vote per person, per category, per day. Use of script, macro or any other automated system to vote is prohibited and all such votes will be void. Businesses are prohibited from obtaining votes by any fraudulent or inappropriate means, including, but not limited to, offering prizes or other inducements to members of the public, vote farming, or engaging in any other activity that artificially inflates the business' votes. Votes cast or received in violation of these Official Rules will be disregarded and disqualified. At the end of each monthly voting period, the 10Best Readers' Choice winner will be posted on 10best.usatoday.com/awards/.
