Becoming a Joint Provider with CE Zoom
Thank you for your interest in becoming a Joint Program Provider with CE Zoom to offer your course. AGD has a specific protocol that we are required to follow. We have done our best to simplify these protocols and create easy-to-follow guides below.
Sign & Send Back
Step 1:
Sign the Joint Provider Agreement and send it back to your CE Zoom representative. You will need to do this once every year!
Have your speaker sign the Affidavit of Image Authenticity and send this back to your CE Zoom representative. We will need this signed by every speaker!
Supply Content for Review
Step 2:
You will need to send the following items for review:
- presentation
- post-course evaluation (6 questions per CE hour)
- any marketing materials you plan to use to promote the course
Educate!
Step 3
Once the following steps are complete and any changes are made you are ready to educate your audience!
